Struggling to engage with its target audience and receive the donations required to improve the life chances of children and young people in coffee-growing communities, the Costa Foundation approached Blueprint.
After a comprehensive review of the entire website, we relaunched the site, creating new content (including for social media) and crucially an improved user journey to encourage more visits to the donations page.
The judges called the results "transformative". We saw a 67% increase in sessions, a 60% increase in sessions to the donations page and a 62% increase in new users.

It wasn't just about digital on the night, though. Blueprint Partners also took home silver in the Best Activation of Media Coverage category for the Lotus Emeya press drive, and bronze in the Best Use of Content in a Live or Experiential Setting for the Prince's Trust Awards.
