Account Manager (content)

London. 

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our channel marketing team to deliver a range of activities for one of our dynamic technology clients. The role will primarily be to help oversee the delivery of marketing toolkits, requiring exceptional organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing creative projects from concept to completion. You will act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

Key responsibilities

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients

    • Manage end-to-end delivery of marketing toolkits, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to

    • Brief copywriters and design studio with clear direction on requirements

    • Review and approve content and creative outputs to ensure alignment with client expectations and brand guidelines

    • Coordinate feedback from client on content and creative

    • Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track

    • Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project status

Person specification / skills

    • 2+ years of experience in account management within marketing or creative agency environments

    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and creative processes

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

    • Highly organized and detail-oriented

    • Proactive problem solver with a client-first mindset

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Account Manager (channel)

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on and detail-orientated Account Manager to join our channel marketing team. The role is pivotal in delivering a wide range of partner focussed programmes and initiatives designed to support sales, drive partner engagement and contribute to overall business growth. The ideal candidate will be confident managing multiple projects end-to-end, comfortable working with data and passionate about creating compelling communications that resonate primary with B2B audiences.

Key responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end delivery of initiatives to support channel requirements such as MDF, incentives, events and communications

    • Briefing internal and external resources with clear direction on requirements

    • Review and approve content and creative outputs to ensure alignment with client expectations and brand guidelines

    • Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track

    • Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project status

    • Manage project budgets and cost tracking

Person specification / skills

    • · 2+ years of experience in account management within marketing or creative agency environments

    • A proven understanding of channel marketing (ideally within the tech or telecoms channel, but not essential)

    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and creative processes

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
