Just Eat relies on strong partner relationships, so continuously needs to think of new and innovative ways to engage those partners.

The brief

In previous years we’d run a successful awards ceremony for Just Eat’s partners, but they wanted us to revamp the way they engage with and reward their partners.

Our solution

Go from one event-led, end-of-year moment to an always-on, digital approach. Deliver three awards (Community, Innovation and Restaurant of the Year), where partners would nominate themselves and then the public would vote for shortlisted partners. Prizes would be designed to help the winners with their own marketing, from photo shoots to video interviews, to music tracks, shirt sponsorships and much more!

The results

An always-on approach through a mix of physical and digital touchpoints, delivering extremely high levels of engagement from both partners and customers alike.

Blueprint was a real extension of our team during both the planning and execution stages of the Just Eat Awards 2025. They amplified ideas, challenged us when needed and delivered on time every step of the way. The creative and production looked great and all KPIs were exceeded. A brilliant result for the UK business.
