Their challenge
With confusing messaging around the Costa Foundation’s mission to improve the life chances of children and young people in coffee-growing communities, the charity was struggling to engage with its target audience and receive the donations required to make further impact. Having already worked with the Foundation to fundraise towards the build of a school in Ethiopia, we offered to help.
The brief
Bring clarity to the charity’s messaging and, in doing so, raise awareness of its work.
Our solution
A comprehensive review of the entire website, culminating in a relaunch with new and improved UX and UI, design and more than 20 new stories about the charity. Alongside this we reignited its social media platforms and developed a strategy to educate the wider team, and Costa, about the Foundation’s work.

The results
A dramatic increase in traffic, engagement and, crucially, visits to the website’s donation page.
From the design and layout concepts through to the customer-first approach, it was evident that Blueprint had reviewed and scrutinised all elements of the customer journey to provide the most strategic response.
