Their challenge

Ensure Aston Martin technicians continue to feel valued and recognised, expanding on the previous year’s Technician of the Year Award.

The brief

Create a series of communications to promote the Technician of the Year Award to 161 dealerships worldwide.

Our solution

A multi-touch communications strategy in multiple languages with ‘surprise and delight’ mailings as well as providing each finalist with a bespoke mailing box to recognise their technical ability and embodiment of the Aston Martin ethos. There was also a strategy for non-finalists too, involving follow-up communications to thank them for their commitment, appreciation of their support and to encourage them to enter again next year.
