As we head towards our 30th birthday (yes, really, I know we don’t look a day over 21), we took a moment to pause and reflect. Over the past three decades, we’ve delivered a huge variety of work for our clients – from award-winning automotive press drives to global reward, recognition and incentive programmes. Different sectors, different audiences, different goals.
Which led us to a big question: how do you wrap up such a broad range of work into one clear proposition?
Turns out, it’s not easy. What do we really do for our clients? Where do we add unique value? And how can we describe it in a way that’s simple, accurate, and meaningful? (Fun fact: 52% of agencies don’t get this bit right – according to Chime Agency.)
After six months, hundreds of coffees with stakeholders, workshops with external agencies and, most importantly, listening to our clients, we set out to find an answer.
