Our challenge
How do you create a VIP launch event in one of the busiest intersections in central London? How do you make a retail store launch the talk of the town? How do you showcase not just new product but a new brand? These are the questions we were challenged with by our fantastically collaborative clients for their new store, directly opposite The Ritz on London's famous (and traffic packed) Picadilly.

How we drove engagement
Our years of experience and the trust we've earnt with Westminster Council and TFL provided the answer. Shutting one lane of the public highway we had 24 hours to transform this vital London intersection into a Black Carpet fit for the stars. Once our VIPs arrived, we entertained with music performances from Lil Silva and Benji B.

How we transformed behaviour
In partnership with the appointed PR agency, we provided the perfect setting for the stars to come out in force. With great attendance from actors from Hollywood, TV Stars from the UK and influencers from the web - the press lapped up the event and spread the word for us.
