Our challenge
The Costa Foundation changes lives in coffee growing communities, but their messaging was unclear, disparate and not presented in a way that was easy to comprehend. Following our own bGood activity of working with Costa to build a school in Ethiopia, Blueprint once again offered our help and support, to improve the content and website for the foundation.
Our Approach
How we drove engagement
The team completed a UI/UX review, a content review and a design review of the entire Costa Foundation website. Using the wealth of materials available our team spent time looking for the heart of each story and re-writing the content to be as engaging as possible. With a revised web layout and design, the whole website and content was relaunched.
Results
How we transformed behaviour
It's still early days in the roll-out but the new web layout and content, combined with an improved user experience has transformed engagement levels for the website. Costa staff and customers now have a greater understanding of the work the foundation supports.
