About Blueprint Partners

Blueprint Partners is a marketing and events agency. We unlock the value within our clients’ partner network and their customers. We specialise in:

Internal enablement

We transform scattered sales channels and partner networks into confident brand advocates through targeted programmes that drive measurable growth.

External engagement

We design and execute bold brand experiences that bring creative vision to life. Our approach combines imagination with seamless delivery to create standout moments that resonate with audiences and drive brand growth.

About the role

We’re looking for a Production and Marketing Executive to join our team - someone who’s eager to be hands-on with content creation, digital production, and marketing execution. This role is perfect for a creative self-starter who loves storytelling, is excited by the latest tools in Adobe Creative Cloud, and wants to explore how generative AI can elevate content production.

Your time will be split between:

  1. Production & Content Creation – Supporting the creation of high-quality multimedia content for ourselves and our clients.
  2. Marketing Support – Assisting our Marketing Director in crafting marketing materials and managing our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Content Creation

- Assist in the recording, editing, and post-production of podcasts and video content, either at our studio or on site at client events.

- Use Adobe Creative Cloud tools (including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder and others) to create and refine multimedia content. (We’re looking for someone familiar, not an expert, we’ll provide more training).

- Experiment with generative AI tools to enhance production capabilities and develop team-wide knowledge.

- Support live and virtual event production, including filming, streaming, and editing content.

- Play a key role in the management and operation of our new in-house video content studio, ensuring smooth operation using the latest technology.

Marketing Support

- Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.

- Manage and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.

- Research industry trends and contribute ideas for campaigns.

- Support website content updates and email marketing efforts.

Who we’re looking for

  • Someone with a creative and proactive mindset, who loves experimenting with new tools and storytelling techniques.
  • Some experience in content creation, editing, and production
  • Familiarity with creative digital tools, ideally the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, and an interest to learn more.
  • Interest in exploring AI-powered tools for content production.
  • Strong attention to detail and a collaborative attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.

Why join Blueprint Partners?

  • Learn and grow – Hands-on experience with the latest production and AI tools.
  • Innovative culture – Work with cutting-edge brands and creative minds.
  • Purpose-driven – We’re committed to making a positive impact.
  • Fun and collaborative team – We celebrate creativity and support each other.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per year based on experience, plus company performance-related bonus.

Work environment: Office-based, full-time (5 days per week)

A quick note, we know lots of people prefer hybrid work, and while that will be available on an ad-hoc basis, the requirement to staff the in-house studio means that this role will be based in our office as a standard 5 days per week. Plus we’ve found that our employees in developmental roles benefit most when they can learn in person from team members across the business and building strong relationships within the team.

Benefits

  • 25 holiday days per year, plus bank holidays
  • 4 volunteer days per year
  • Excellent work environment with monthly free breakfasts and drinks
  • Weekly yoga sessions

We recognise that this role asks a lot – and we welcome strong, motivated self-starters who are eager to learn, adapt, and take ownership of their growth. We encourage those with curiosity and drive to use available resources, self-teach where needed, and develop into this role over time.
