If there’s a single idea that unites us, it’s that good relationships mean great work, and great work means outstanding results.

So we like to build strong and lasting relationships – with clients, our own staff and our suppliers, who we pay promptly, without being chased. Without them we’d be unable to do the work we love and that keeps our clients happy.

People not titles

Chief Ideation Officer. Director of Authentegrity. Head of Cool. Three job titles you’ll never find stuck to Blueprint people. In fact, we don’t have any job titles. We like to call people by their names and respect them for what they do, not what it says on their business card.

That could explain why our staff turnover is in low single figures. Our people tend to stick around. Not because it’s a cushy number though – but because Blueprint is a really great place to be.
